TLDR: To verify income for permanent, temporary, zero-hour, or fixed-term employment, you must provide company name, position, annual salary, start date, contract type, and a company email for employment reference. Income evidence requires 3 months of bank statements for permanent/fixed-term contracts or 6 months for zero-hour contracts, submitted via Open Banking or original PDFs. New employees must also provide their employment contract.
Evidencing Employed Income
If you are in permanent, temporary, zero-hour or fixed-term employment, the following information is required in order to verify your income.
Employment Details
You will be asked to provide the following information:
- The name of the company you work for
- Your position
- Your annual salary
- Your start date
- Your contract type
Income Reference
You will also be asked to provide the contact email of your manager or HR team so that HomePPL can obtain a reference to confirm your employment details.
The email address provided must be from a company email address; we are unable to accept an email from a personal email domain such as Gmail, Yahoo or iCloud.
Income Evidence
In order to evidence your income, the following documentation is required, depending on your employment type:
- Zero Hour Contract - 6 months of bank statements
- Permanent or Fixed Term Contract - 3 months of bank statements
Bank statements can either be provided using Open Banking, or uploaded as original PDF's downloaded and unedited directly from your online banking.
If you have only recently started your employment, you will be asked to provide your employment contract.
