What do I need to provide?
If you have agreed to act as a guarantor, you will receive your own Homeppl application. This will be sent out to you via email and can be accessed any time using the link provided.
In order to act as a guarantor, you must be a UK resident.
As part of the application, you will be asked to provide the following documentation:
- ID documentation
- Proof of Address
- Proof of income
Completing your application
As part of your application, you will see a question asking "who is paying the rent?" When you reach this section, please select the option "I am paying all or some of the rent." This is not confirming you will pay the rent on behalf of the tenant; it is only there to allow you to proceed with the application.
