Who is paying the rent?
As part of your application, you will be asked to provide details of how the rent is being paid for. This also includes the option to select that you are using a guarantor. If you select this option, we will reach out to your guarantor to request their information and confirm their suitability to be a guarantor.
What will my guarantor be asked to provide?
If you are using a guarantor as part of your check, we will ask them to provide the following:
- ID documentation
- Proof of Address
- Proof of income
In order to be eligible, your guarantor must be a UK resident.
