TLDR: To evidence your address when living with family, provide one document showing your full name and property address. If named on the tenancy agreement, select renting; if living with a relative named on it, select Family/Relatives Home. Acceptable documents include recent bank statements, council tax bills, utility bills, government letters, insurance policies (dated within 3 months), or an in-date driver's license and a complete tenancy agreement without date restrictions.
